Suite Connect is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from third-party platforms such as Stripe, Turo, or Wix Payments.

8. Communications and Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile number to Suite Connect, LLC ("Suite Connect", “we”, “us”, or “our”), you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional communications from or on behalf of Suite Connect via automated technologies, including through text messages (SMS and MMS), for purposes including but not limited to:

Appointment and reservation confirmations
Service notifications and updates
Promotional offers and marketing campaigns
Community news, incentives, and general communications

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Participation is not required as a condition of purchase or rental.

A. Opt-In Consent

By texting a keyword such as “JOIN” or otherwise subscribing to Suite Connect Text Alerts, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and have the authority to give this consent. You agree to receive messages using autodialing technology, even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

B. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving SMS or MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation text message and you will no longer receive text communications from us. To re-subscribe, you may opt in again as you did initially.

C. Carrier Disclosures

Suite Connect is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or failed message delivery. Supported carriers may include but are not limited to:

Please contact your carrier for details about charges that may apply to SMS/MMS services.

T-Mobile specifically disclaims liability for any delays or failures in message delivery.

E. User Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information and keep it updated.
Not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Indemnify and hold Suite Connect harmless from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the text messaging services.

F. Privacy and Data Use

SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS/MMS communication purposes will not be sold or shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

B. Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND SUITE CONNECT WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

C. Time Limit to File Claims
